The Sonnenalp Club's Harvest Resturant in Edwards is seeking a full-time seasonal Dishwasher to begin right away.

Purpose:

To represent the highest standard of excellence in kitchen cleanliness and organization. Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. The Kitchen Steward will maintain a proper level of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to the sanitation code. The Kitchen Steward, upon demonstrated job performance excellence, will be considered for numerous growth opportunities within the culinary field.

Duties: 

  • Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Wash and dry dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils
  • Check all chemical levels and inventory
  • Dispose of trash & waste in the proper areas
  • Ensure kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils
  • Prep food as needed and under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Clean, sanitize and prepare work station for next shift
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Kitchen experience preferred, but not required
  • Able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Spanish language helpful but not required
  • Organized, accurate, and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and demeanor
